DIY Oil leaking on my belt

I bought my 2003 Mini cooper about 4 months ago and already been through many problems that have been fixed with the 90 day warranty from the dealer. A month and a couple days after the warranty expired i found myself with a squeaky belt, so I replaced it. Its only been 2 weeks since i replaced it and its starting to squeak again and i noticed oil slinging up onto the radiator and the alternator. But no leaks onto the ground, just the skid plate. Any Ideas of where this leak could be coming from ???

im more of a DIYer rather than a mechanic but i thought maybe it was the crankshaft seal???

it could be a few things, depends where can you see oil around the engine.
Engine mount oil leak is quite common.
Otherwise, rocker cover gasket. It's harder to tell, when it's around the belt, which it spins the oil around.
