Friend of mine bought (private) a
MC a few months ago. The prev owner had the car for a year during which the throttle body was replaced due to a fault.
Anyway after owning the car for a few weeks the engine light came on and the car went into limp home mode. I didn’t see what the fault code was but it turned out that the throttle body was faulty again – making it the 3rd that this car has had.
His car was recovered from Scotland this weekend as once more it is showing the same symptoms! You guys have any ideas as to what could be the root of this problem is - as I suspect the TB is not the problem…
