LH Window Rattle Fixed

Just like to say that my dealer, Richmond MINI fixed the LH window glass rattle that recently appeared after 1,200Kms on my MCS.

Happy with the service and thanks to technician Arthur C. for a job well done!

Did they say what they did to fix the problem.

Complaint: Drivers side window rattles. Diagnose and repair as required. Suspect window regulator.

Correction: Replaced LF window regulator. R&R door panel. R&R door glass. R&R power window motor. (R&R means remove and replace; not rest and recreation )

Part replaced: 1 Piece PN51-33-7-039-451 L-Window Lift

Job required 1 hour labor. Repaired under warranty. Windo glass rattle GONE!

Hope this info will help those that will experience the same problem.

Good to hear that they fix the problem, I have the same problem I will bring it down to Yaletown to ask them to fix it next week.
