Sunroof is struggling to close :(

My panoramic sunroof seems to be having real issues with closing itself of late. Its really struggling on the runners and blatently needs greasing to help it along!

Question is WHERE do I need to grease, what do I use and how is best to get to it? Is it a case of prising apart the black soft parts that run along the top of the car and putting grease in here, or do I need to take the trim off from the inside and do it...?

Any input much appreciated, thank you!

That's the idea

FYI - I just searched for 'sunroof oil' and found those

From my experience in engineering, it's always best to clean before lubricating. Clean out the runners well, then re-lubricate Otherwise you end up with a horrible mess of lubricant and crud which can do more harm than good

WD 40'd the runners today and runs like a dream... will grease it up to keep it running smoothly when I get my hands on some!
