What is it?

Hi - I looked under the bonnet yesterday of my MCS and noticed a slight leak from (excuse my ignorance) the black round thing next to the coolant expansion tank and behind the engine oil filler cap. What is it and I assume it shouldn't be leeking! Any help appreciated.

Could be your engine mounting?.....if so, then its an easy fix, and covered by warrenty if your car still has it

Other than that I have no idea Any pics of where it is?

This is the power steering reservoir. It is full of oil, it could leak or just have spillage around it.

Hi Oldmots - If it is a leak is it a major problem to rectify?

Also just noticed a clunk when I apply the brakes. Not every time and the clunk seem to come from the front of the car. Any Ideas? My Mrs said she went on a rough track the otherday, dont ask! Could she have caught something on it? Any help appreciated
