Help Electrical Problems

Yesterday and today when I started the car the power steering wasnt working for about 10-15 secs and the power in the car flickered after about 5 secs, e.g chrono pack gauges powered up then went off(needles dropped) then powered back up and everything worked. It doesn't do it every time I start it but its done it four times now in two days. Seems to happen if it hasnt been used for a couple of hours.

Is this signs of the power steering motor having issues or a more general electrical issue?

Checked my battery connection in the boot and its fine. The only thing that has changed in the last three days is that I swapped my front spots from BMW to Wipac ones but that's it.

Hope its nothing too serious, any ideas?

The car starts fine, and then the stuff starts happening, would this happen if the battery was on its way out.

Left it to sit all day and just tried starting it with no issue, fingers crossed for tomorrow. Will keep a close eye on it for the next few days.
