| Steering off centre / rod damage? 6am this morning while driving on the road I hit my left front wheel on the kerb (3-hr sleep yesterday didn't help!). As a result, my steering is off centre (towards left) and the car also slightly tends to bear left when i take my hands off the steering wheel. As a guess this might be a rod damage?!? Anyone help? I am thinking to bring it to the MINI specialist instead of the dealer... Would somebody give me a rough indication of $cost$ I will be expecting? I got a bad feeling about this............. Also I am thinking to extend TLC XL on me car (Inspection II due in 7k). Would repair at MINI specialist affect my TLC? I have to change my brake pads during my repair as well, and I would like to avoid expensive dealers deal if possible. Many thanks! Kian |
