is it engine mount, help

Recent purchase 2005 mcsw, from non mini dealer, not feeling right but dont want to look like a walleytaking back, problem 1, clutch stiff and balance point seems to vary, all tests on wear though seem ok. when coming of throttle you can feel engine rocking back?and always feels a bithard to control on balance of clutch as jerky, i may be paranoid, but not sure if these things related or lots of faults?

facelift engine mounts are useles and and a waist of time. If they dont change it, it may be worth going to a pre facelift engine mount i have gone through 2 mounts in 2 years.
