| Broken Parking Distance Control Hi all I've got a MCSC 54 plate. A couple of weeks ago, when putting the car into reverse, my parking sensors go off continously regardless of whether I am near anything. I have tried cleaning them to ensure that there is no dirt causing it but that hasn't worked. I've noticed that one of them has some scratches on it, could this be affecting it? I've attached a couple of piccies. I think I'm going to have to take it to BMW to get looked at. Does any one else have experience of this problem and what may be causing it and therefore how much it may cost to get fixed? thanks for anny help you guys can give |

| Scratches won't be covered under warranty. It'll be put down either to wear and tear or negligence. As its not technically a fault within the part (it was caused by something external) it won't be covered. ![]() The Original MINI One Seven Yorkshire MINI Register - PM for details |
