| Stuttering Cooper
Hi guys, newbie here who has been loitering as a guest for a while now, looking for some help please.
My 02 Cooper seems to stutter on acceleration. The car has 80K miles, and has recently had a service. I also changed the plugs at the same time, thinking it may help. It did not so I went on to also replace the leads, and although a little better, it still has the same issue.
Looking for a little advice from you guys please as the next thing I am looking to replace is the coil pack, but things will start to get more expensive to replace now so I want to make sure I am looking in the right direction.
Was also thinking over putting some fuel additive in this weekend to clean the injectors, not sure if this will help but at 80K Im sure it cant do any harm! |
