| Convertible Top fault. the convertible top refuses to go up and down. all the latches work, the sunroof part goes forwards and back, but when it comes to the roof the motors work and make a horrible grinding noise, like slipping belts or worn cogs (i don't know how the system works) and the top sort of judders. while holding the button the top can be manually moved. what i really need to know is, where are the motors and stuff located, and how can i get to them? has anyone else had this problem and fixed it without selling your first born to mini? help!!  |
