Dashboard Lights Stay On & Delayed Electrics..

I am currently having a total nightmare with my Mini Cooper Chili 51 plate,

The dashboard lights for the speedometer and rev counter won't turn off even though the key has been removed from the vehicle and sometimes the tone starts when you open the door to say the lights are still on even through they're off.

This is then draining the battery to the point where the car won't even start when i go back out to it.

The central locking isn't currently working.

When the car first starts & you switch the: lights, heaters or windscreen wipers on or try to open the windows it won't work for approx 2 mins.. as through the car is short on charge.

The back window heater light has stopped working, i'm not sure if the heater's still working.

The indicator light on the display isn't flashing green when you signal but sometimes starts about 5 minutes after you cancel the signal, again a delayed reaction.

Has anyone else experienced these problems and do you know what the diagnosis could be and how much it could cost to repair??

I've taken it in to 2 auto electricians now and neither can diagnose, it has been suggested it could be a body control module..

Please help if you can..

Did you ever figure out what the issue was? I'm having the exact same symptoms. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

I would suspect water/moisture in the BC1 module, more info here in this recent thread:
