United-Kingdom Where's the rear washer!

Hi, This is my first ever post so go easy!
Bought a MINI Cooper 2002 yesterday, for a bargain price.
It appears that the rear washer is not working. It could be blocked, however I can't find the nozzle where the wash comes out!!! Where is it!?
When I turn the appropriate dial to make it wash, nothing happens, and the worrying thing is that there is no sound of any kind of motor/pump being activated. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance, and my having never driven a mini until yesterday then flying round Liverpool city centre in it, I might never drive another car!!

Welcome!
This link below should help with info to solve the problem, also are the front washers working/making a noise from the pump?

Windscreen Washer Motor Troubleshooting - Forums

The rear washer nozzle which often blocks is in the wiper arm pivot itself under a lift up black plastic hinged flap. However it sounds like your shared front/rear washer pump motor or the rear washer relay has failed, see my link above for more details.
Let us know how you get on as it helps others in the future.

My rear washer would not work last week, the screenwash just needed topping up as I think front washers take precedence over the rears when screenwash is low. Hope this helps.

The rear washer commonly corrodes on the metal nipple due to infrequent use and being made of crappy metal. It can be unblocked easily and cheaply, sometimes a new rubber washer is needed

However a whirring noise should be heard on activating, if not then the relay, fuse or motor may have gone as Mabo suggested. Motor swap out isnt difficult though, a second hand pump should be cheap and once the plastic guard on the boot is removed its a 30 min swap job.

TBH i rarely use the rear juicer
