Engine Problems With My MCS

Hi i posted threads earlier about my spark plugs messing up so i changed them...well now i took the car to a mechanic and he is saying there is water in the oil....what could cause this and how may i go about getting it fixed?

omg....now when you punch on the gas pedal it will rev really high and not shift gears.....it drives fine if you are easy on the pedal and if you shift with the paddle shifters.....btw i have an automatic 05 MCS.....any ideas guys?
