Here are some pictures showing the green clips. I tried to get one out and snaped it, I put it back in though and had to glue it. Ignore the glue mess! I havent glued it, I pulled it all off now.

The white clips on the panel are the ones that have snapped.

So anyway going to try and order some new clips and get it back on properly. Didnt really take any useful photos stupidly, although I took a picture of the foam gaskets. On my car there was no gasket there, just one tiny piece at the top, so it might do something.

UPDATE*

Never mind, I found this:

http://www.northamericanmotoring.com...rim-piece.html

Obviously my nuts stayed in the holes because they were tight

Also note the foam gasket in that post, that is the OLD style, probably prone to water leaks. See my attached gasket to the newer style, dunno if it makes any difference. Im ordering part 17 on here http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...75&hg=51&fg=20

Thanks

If the 'front panel' you're referring to is the A-Pillar outer trim as mentioned above then they're identical.
There's an online catalogue of All MINI spares listed here covering EVERY model

{Yours is an 'R50' & the Cooper S of that year has the designation 'R53' if you need to cross-check anything}
