Please help! Runflat light flashing!

Hi, this is my first post and could really do with some help!
Earlier today was driving on motorway when a light starting flashing, so pulled over to check handbook and it was the Runflat indicator. Luckily for me a motorway patrol pulled over to check everything was ok and followed me to next junction, where there was an RAC van helping someone else.

The RAC guy checked tyres and said one of the back had low pressure so he topped it up. He told me to check that the pressure hadn’t gone down later as it may be a slow puncture. When I got home I checked pressure and all were ok.
What does this mean? How do I get the light to stop flashing?

Any help greatly appreciated!
Laura

To reset the TPMS:
  1. Ignition key in position 2
  2. Press the button long enough for the yellow indicator lamp in the instrument cluster to light up for a few seconds
  3. Start the engine.
After a few minutes driving time, the Flat Tire Monitor sets the current inflation pressure in the tires as the target values to be monitored.
