Im wondering if anyone can give me some advice.
Over the last 6 months I have been getting hot starting issues with my Mini One D. Things have been getting progressively worse to the point when hot it wont start at all.
Id say over the last week or so it wont even start when cold now it will just turn over for ever and not fire.
Heres the strange thing when I try to give it some extra power by hooking to mini up to my other car it will still turn over slowly but it wont fire. but if I hook the jump leads up to the positive terminal under the bonnet the starter motor will turn over alot faster and it will start.
When I get it to start in the end by jumping it I let it warm up for a while then turn off and try restarting still hooked up to my other car and it wont fire again it will only start when cold but not with out help from my car???????
Some more info when hot or cold if I Bump start the car it will start no matter what????? Im confused I hope someone can shed some light as its driving me nuts now haha
