| Alarm Indicator Behaviour Hi, We just got a 2003 Cooper S today and just have a query regarding the behaviour of the flashing light on the end of the indicator and the small red led in the centre of the dash. When we just locked the car, we noticed that the flashing on the indicator stalk, flashes about every 1.5-2 seconds but the LED in the centre of the dash remains off - it's not coming on at all. We had a quick look in the manual but can't really make out what is 'normal' behaviour, when should the dash LED come on, should the indicator led stop flashing at some point or...? Can anyone please shed some light on what 'should' be happening? Thanks |
