Gearbox has gone, need new one mini one 90 cv 2002

Hello all,
I need a gearbox for a mini one 90cv (petrol version). Does anybody has one or know where can I buy a second hand gearbox? Or has anybody another solution.
I am spanish and live in Madrid.
Thank you very much.

Lots of Mini 'Midland' gearbox info here which may help you:

'Mini Gearboxes' (link below) ship reconditioned gearboxes from UK to USA so Madrid, Spain should also be possible:

Is the clutch slipping aswell?

When the clutch starts slipping it sometimes that the shaft inside has smashed a hole inside the bellhousing. If this has happened youre in for an expensive fix because most reconditioned gearbox people charge a £100 surcharge for this aswell as around £450 for a recon box. These prices dont include fitting and if youre not mechanically minded then dont think about doing it yourself.

I had the same problem with my one only a couple of weeks ago.
The good news was that there was no damage inside my bellhousing and I managed to get the first and second motion bearings changed and some other bits done for £250 which was alot cheaper. I also replaced the clutch with a Valeo which cost me £95.

It took me about 4 hours to get the box out and around 3 hours to get it back in. Would have been alot quicker if I done it on ramps.

If it stays still for too long it gets painted.
