2004 xenons

hi there i have a 2004 54 cooper s with facelift xenons ( i think!! )

my problem is that my xenons both fire up and auto level but as im driving i can see the beam rising and falling back down even though the main part of the beam still appears level in front!! at first i thought i was seeing things or hallucinating whilst driving but passengers in my car a have noticed too!! can anyone help me diagnose the problem or a possible fix as my cars well out of warranty as its 7 years old!!!

Is this just the car squatting under acceleration and the lamps compensating? That used to happen on my cars.

it happens under next to no increase in acceleration! i can be driving at any speed etc and they just rise and drop back down randomly!
