Passenger window drop -----won't raise!

Ok so I've seen 800 threads about windows not dropping when they are supposed to, but my passenger window won't do the auto raise when it's closed. It raises about 1mm when the door is closed. So when driving on the motorway for example, the wind blows in and it feels like the windows gonna snap off!!!

Is there a way to fix this?? Thanks
