 External Boot Lock Went shopping earlier and I unlocked the car with key remote and put stuff in boot. Drove 10 minutes home and I now can't open the boot (except with the cord underneath the back seat). The key remote opens the doors without any problems. Anyone know what could be causing this. | Boot latch has gone bad. I limped along for a while by fiddling around with the reset lever on the latch to make it unlatch while stuttering, but it finally just stopped working completely. MINImeat B/W MCS |

| I took the latch out and gave it a good squirt with WD40 spray and it now works fine. Must just have been water inside it. |
