Electrical buzz from passenger rear wheel area

Hi guys,

I don't actually know this is a fault , my friend brought to my attention today when picking him up an electrical buzz coming from the passenger rear wheel area, any thought please guys?

Hi,

Yes, you cannot hear it in the car, the car is also not in motion , you can hear it standing near the car but louder if you crouch down at the rear wheel

Could be the 'lift pump' that draws the fuel up from the tank?

Yes, sounds like noisy fuel pump........I presume it is only with engine/ignition on. Get it checked out at MOT but a slightly noisy pump is not necessarily anything to worry about unless it stops pumping fuel to the engine!
