2004 Cooper S replacement engine needed

Hello.. last night my engine blew due to loose spark plugs. It will need a replacement engine. Where are the best places to look? Looking for a 2004 Cooper S petrol manual transmission. Thanks.

If the spark plugs have blown out are you sure you don't just need a new cylinder head or helicoil thread inserts fitted?

Is you engine trashed of is it just the spark plug has come out and damaging the thread.
If this is the case you can get the thread repaired wurth do kits or a good engineering shop they can repair it.
Second option is a second hand head from eBay or may be classifieds here at mini2
It will be cheaper than a complete engine and quicker to do.
