Windscreen Wipers are driving me INSANE!!!!

Someone please help me!

My windscreen wipers squeak all the time. Tried cleaning them with various products (including vinegar), did nothing, tried cleaning the windscreen, did nothing. I have just washed the car, cleaned the windscreen with glass cleaner and put some new Bosch wipers on and all fine, then after 10 minutes of use, squeak, squeak, squeak!!!!

DRIVING ME INSANE!

Anyone got any tips or advise to help remove the squeak?

Hi,

I take it its raining when your using them

If it is light rain then rubber on dry glass will squeek , if the rain gets heavier and you get no squeek and they are clearing the window proper then they are fine.

I also have the bosch ones , if the window is not wet enough then they will squeek but i have yet to find ones that won't

they squeak in moderate rain. Usually when they change direction.
Should I try another window clean and then apply Rain-X?

Fixed... well almost but its much better than it was.

Cleaned the window with window cleaner, applied Rain-X and put new wipers on. Loads loads better. Cheap screenwash from Morrisons didn't do me any favours either.
