DIY central lock problem...

Hi. I have a strange problem. Car is a RHD version...
When you lock the car with remote, everything locks.
When you open with remote only passenger side opens.have to use the key to open drivers door.
When you drive passengers door lock but drivers not. Is that the actuator or something else is wrong?

So removed it today wasnt as bad as some people say. Tried to dismantle it to clean the motors and put it back together but failed to dismatle it. Followed the manual I found aboit how to dismatle it but got stuck so got it back together and fitted it back ... Everything is the way it was before I took it out so good thing is I havent made it any worst. Will have to buy a new one and the cheapest one I found is £74+8 for delivery...

Just spoke to mini- nottingham new actuator cost £92 and they said that it might needs programming so it might not be something I can change myself but they have to confirm that with service dept???
Anybody had any problems after changing it?

Changed both my door actuators , they do not need programming , they simply get a signal to either open or close, its not that part that gets programmed, sounds like mini just don't want you to do it!
