England Rattle that I don't know what is

This rattle is getting worse now so will have to be sorted. Try sort it myself if it can be done if not trip down local garage.
The noise happens when moving of and when on a poor bumpy road. It sounds like it is around the steering column/rack. You can't feel it just hear it. It is defo the drivers side. Has anyone come across this?
Any suggestions would be great.

Theres 2 UJ's an upper and lower on the column, 2007 onwards, the lower on can be seen between the pedals inside the car.
You should be able to get your hands on it or give the steering a jiggle whilst looking for any undue free play that might cause a noise or knock.
The follow the column up behind the dash to find the upper joint and check that too.
Might need to stand on your head.

Okay I had a look. I gather it's the bottom joint I should be looking at??
Were the he'll is it looks like it able to see it from inside the car. Am I right?
Easiest way to get to it would be?
Is the fluid changeable by way in case it's that that is the problem
Thanks >.<

You can see the joint between the pedals from inside, its just a mechanical knuckle joint, no fluids involved, its either ok or has play due to wear which could cause a rattle. Just a suggestion, could be a multitude of other things too of course.
