Numberplate light panel

Good afternoon,

Just purchased a mini convertible for the wife. Got it back home and as she set off for work tonight I noticed she had no number plate lights.

I have gone to replace the bulbs today but that has not helped. I can only assume its the unit/units.

Is it common?

Any idea what part I need to change and will it be simple to replace?

Think I would return it to where you purchased it from and get it fixed

Sorry to drag this up further. I got a replacement handle and numberplate unit and installed that this morning. Nice and simple.

However....it still doesnt work. So it cannot be the unit itself. Any other ideas?
