Hey everyone out there
Today when i was driving Down town my Engine started doing weird things,
I was driving Nice and slow, kept the revs Down below 2500 Rpm, further Down the Road i should make a right turn, and i lifted my fod from the gas, but Guess what? The Car was Not slowing Down! The Car kept driving and also increased the speed without my food ón the gas! I hit the clutch and Then i stopped the Car placed the gear in neutral, and the Car was stil reving up Changing between 1500 Rpm to 2500 Rpm . I turned the Engine off and startet it again and it was still the same , automatic revs, alot of noise and rattle from the exhaust.
And i noticed the catalytic was red glowing arter just 5 minutes in ilde
Engine light is also ón
Anyone WHO has an idea what it could be ?
Olie level is fine
Coolant is fine
The Car is an 2003 cooper s Works
