United-Kingdom Oil leak

Hi,
MINI COOPER APRIL 2006
I have just had the mot done and it has a leak [only small] that came up as an advise, its coming from the front of the engine but not from the cam cover any other places it might be/problem areas?

Sump gasket?

If it is very slight and not affecting your oil level I would just monitor the leak for a few weeks. Place a sheet of cardboard on the ground underneath the engine when parked overnight to see if there are any drips.

Its due in for a serivce soon so will get them to put some dye in a couple of days before to pin point it.
