Headlight problem
My wife's '03 MINI one had the driver's dipped beam out. I bought two new bulbs and fitted them... only the passenger side came on.

I then tested the full beam and both worked.

The dipped beam won't come on...

Is there a component that could have failed?

I can't see it being a fuse.

i had that!! its proper annoying. i cant work it out either.
