unable to pass technical inspection due to the front lights alignment

Hello everyone,

I live in Belgium where the technical inspection is a yearly business, and I am forced to redo it at least 3-4 times depending on the patience of the technician I deal with...

The reason is the front lights alignment system.
First, on R50 minis it is part of the bonnet, possibly the worst system to enable a precise alignment of the lights, forcing you to adjust it and slam the bonnet to close it,but ok... this is the problem of the mechanics doing the alignment procedure. The ugly part is that those optics are completely unstable on the road and have a tendancy to dealign at every bump.

Do you have the same problem ?
How did you fix it ?

Thanks a lot for your help...
