Help Airbag light fault

Hi, hoping you can help I have a MCS 2003 which over the last 2 weeks the airbag light has came on permanently. I have had a diagnostic done and the following code came up :
0B - Battery positive terminal isolation 1 ; resistance too high.
- Present

Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can fix this fault.

Many thanks for your help
