Monday night 7.30pm. Arive home from work to find wife fiddling with sunroof on MINI (never a good sign when she starts fiddling). Turns out the anti-trap is malfunctioning - getting almost completely shut then opening again.
I try fiddling myself and get the grease out but still no joy. Bit the bullet and decided to try out MINI breakdown for the first time. Within thirty minutes the car had gone and a 3 series sat in it's place. Nice!.
Turns out they are replacing the whole sunroof! won't have it back until the weekend.
My only complaint is that for the first time ever the wife has a (slightly) better car than me to go to work in.
Well done MINI breakdown!!! If they look after us like this for a stuck sunroof, I can't wait until we have a major problem....
