DSC/Tire Pressure Light On -DSC Kicking in at odd times

Had my Cooper S in for service last week.

The supercharger is still load at idle, dealer says it is normal...not possible as this is my second Cooper S and it is VERY loud.

DSC and Tire Pressure light came back on upon returning home. Dealer is 3 hours away so very frustrating. Now the brakes/throttle action of the DSC are kicking in while driving straight at steady speeds in the dry! Does anyone know what the deal is with the DSC/Tire Pressure light coming on at the same time? Dealer claims they reset the light and all was fine.

Obviously very frustrated at this point...any info would be very helpful as this board seems to know more than the dealer...

There is a huge thread on this. Use the search function to find it

The two lights come on because there's a problem with the "steering angle sensor" mine was replaced and all seemed OK.

MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. It's now TTime

my car sat for 3 weeks. When I finally drove it ,I went several miles with lights and ac on. Parked and turned on the radio for an hour. When I started the car, the flat tire monitor and DSC lights were on. Turned out it was the computer telling me that these systems were receiving low
voltage and would not function properly. A good run up the road to recharge the battery was needed, then re-set the system, all is well.
