As it is getting rainy again I thought of using the heated windscreen button (in combination with rear screen heating). But no go;-(
However some mechanic at Oxford has forgotten to make any mass connection for the heated windscreen option.
My garage only measured electric voltage and it will take much time to sort this out; as it also could be some broken wiring;-(
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S. according some wiring scheme I got from my garage the heated windscreen functions as follows:
temp > 10 degrees C: 3 minutes operational
temp < 10 degrees C: 5 minutes operational
