so much bother!!!!!

car only 1 mth old,kept cuting out and overall very unresponsive,left car into bmw dealer,was to be ready that day 4 1.00pm,came back to find,that a new ecu had to be installed,but while doing this the garage lost the code and so car was imobilelised(cant spell)couldnt get car organised until a few days and so gave me an ibiza sport to scoot about in,called back the other day to tell me car still fecked and not to expect it back to wednesday!!!!!! im so raging ,4 being bmw its so poor,
now im just wondering what compensation im to look forward to???

JUST RECIEVED MINI BACK TODAY,AFTER NEARLY 3 WEEKS LATE,RAGING BUT CAR IS NOW FULLY FITTED WITH A NEW CHROME FRT AND CLEAR REAR LIGHTS!!!!!!
