United-Kingdom Black plastic in front of rear wheels

Dont know if this is something I should be worring about or not! One of the plastic bits underneath the car and in front of the rear wheels has dropped. I've had a look and can't work out how to fix it again, it doesnt appear to clip into anywhere.
Anyone got any ideas or sound familiar?
It's going back to my dealer on Monday for a new seat so will let them know anyway

If you mean this flaps on each side underneath the car, then you should be able
to click them back in place. I had the one hanging as well, and just had to bring
it back in place by hand.

Pics would be helpful so we can better diagnose the problem.

It was acceptable in the 80's
