Total Electrical Outage...then on-age 10 minutes later

All electrical power failed after parking lot stall in first gear! Though I have not found anyone else with this problem here.

I've ordered a 2005 MCS, (Purple Haze), and hope the power outage after stall is an identified issue with software, or simply a random electrical short in a particular test car.

The total blackout happened with a rental 2004 MC, which drove perfectly for about 20 miles. Stalled it in a parking lot, then....darkness. No power. Dash lights, head lights, signs of life...all dead! Key out then in, clutch in then out in neutral, circle around the car...nothing.

About five minutes later the power came back on when I opened then closed the passenger door. Wierd.

Anyone else encounter this--on a hill, in traffic, stuck on train tracks with an oncoming bullet train???
