Bonnet Release

I am unable open my bonnet. When I pull the release in the car the driver side releases but the passenger side does not. Has anyone had this problem or now how to fix it??

ahhh welcome to the club.. i had the same thing. Open up the bonnet and find the lock that u have problem with. Sit down a person in the car and tell him to pull the handle. Check the both locks. The should open. But mine opened one in full and the other in half.. Check the wire going to the lock. Or readjust the lock by unscrewing the 2 torx and slide it in a bit and close the bonnet and it will adjust it self. Then tighten the torx..

RTM - there is a secondary manual catch to prevent the bonet flying open should you decide to pull the bonnet release while driving
After pulling the release inside the cabin, walk round to the front of the car & feel under the bonnet (which should have popped up a couple of inches) around the headlight, and you should find a lever, push this & the bonnet should raise fully. This should be explaind fully in the manual.

Back with a bigger boot

If it's truly stuck the process is

remove the wheel
remove the wheel liner
you can now get to the 3 nuts holding the headlamp in position
removing the headlamp gives you access to the lock mechanism
