Sticking door / window wont open?!

Hi all, my '03 MC drivers door has failed to shut flush with door panels a few times over the last week or so and when this occurs i am unable to open the window, despite repeated attempts at re-openening / closing door / etc....

Anyone had a similar problem / is it common?

I am due a service soon (the first!) so will report then, but some knowledge from others would be appreciated!

My MINI developed the exact same problem yesterday - thought I'd log on here to see if anyone had any advice. I guess not!

Of course I just moved to a town that doesn't even have a MINI dealership...this couldn't have happened two weeks ago *before* I moved.

Sorry to hear that, but as you say, it appears that no-one else has the same problem / not willing to post any solutions!
