HELP - on rejecting faulty Cooper

Having read a number of threads regarding rejecting a faulty car I am looking for some advice. I have an Aug 01 built Cooper with aprox 2000 miles which has had and still has most of the common electrical faults. The car has been back aprox 8 times and is now breaking down. I am finding it very hard work even getting my mini dealer to get any feedback from customer service and would greatly appreciate any comments on succesfull refunds /exchanges and the process followed / relevant contact names at cust serv. Unfortunatly I did not by the car under finance so that route is closed.
Any ideas on top up amounts paid on similar age/mileage vehicles would be much appreciated

Thanks

barca, use the search facility and you will find a wealth of information on this subject and much excellent advice.

I am one of many who have successfully rejected my Cooper after about 4000miles, after suffering many minor faults and then a large electrical one. It can be done relatively easily if you are prepared to stick to your guns.

Talk to your dealer about rejecting and if they aren't very helpful, call MINI customer services, or email nick.sharman@bmw.co.uk (an area customer services manager).

Varse's Velvet Beauty Mk11 is no longer, sold back to my dealer.
