my tear full woe of nancy

Hi everyone I'm new to all this wonderfull website so forgive me if this question has been asked by someone else, please hear my woes
my problem with my 02 mini Nancy is she is being naughty again, has anyone else had there passenger seat back stuck it wont recline it will go for wards but not back it is stuck up right so not very comfy for the passenger, also the airbag light has come on again as well and yet again i have a leaky windscreen again which drips strait onto the air vent on the dash ,
As much as i love Nancy min which i have owned just over 1 year after four months of owning i have had all these problems;

Power steering pump went
Passenger door lock broke
Boot lock broke had to Slam the boot to get the light to go off
Something went wrong with the tensioner on the alternator
Leaky windscreen twice which they broke when they removed so god knows what they will do this time to it
Airbag light twice
The a pillar broke off on its own
now the passenger seat wont recline and some b****** decided to put a nice big scratch on the bonnet two weeks after i brought her
and to top it off the dealers were not much use either
and the warranty would have expired but fortunately i have paid for another year but why should i have to do this,
i was thinking abut buying a mini a cooper s but i am very reluctant in case i by another lemon what should i do i am loosing my trust in mini but i love Min's but i cant stand the grief i am in a right pickle should i keep Nancy i had her all her trim colour coded and lots of chrome ,change her for another or buy something else please help me before i go mad ?

I had a 52 Cooper and apart from the headlight levelling system going on both sides and them both being replaced under warranty, the accelerator pedal clicking and again replaced under warranty and of course the rattles which were all cured in the end I had no problems with it.

We have just got a new O5 Cooper S and it feels a lot better built and the only minor rattle we have is on the dashboard vent when it is cold (on warming up the slight rattle disappears!!) The power difference is significant it accelerates so quick in all the gears compared to the Cooper!! I would recommend going for a long (at least an hour) test drive in a Cooper S and see if you can leave the dealers without ordering one - we couldn't!!

Also just remember the depreciation on anything else you buy!!

i test drove a cooper s today absolutely brill but they offered me a silly price for my car so im still not sure seems a lot more money to find i thought minis held there value
