How do I remove my Door Cards?

I would like to remove my door cards but have not done so before and was wandering if anyone has done this and has a guide or a procedure?

I'm trying to get rid of those oh-so annoying rattles! and squeaks! that seem to plaque so many Mini owners.

Any help would be great as I don't want to damaage anything through lack of knowledge!

Thanks Guys I'll give this a go at the weekend.


For the record I've a 02 Cooper but also have had 10 - 12 old Minis hence the door card phrase (old habbit's die hard!!)

Right now to fix those rattles!!!


(By the way My Cooper is back to the dealers for the 3rd time to fix pull to the left! Already had a KDS!!! (Geo check)
Is having 2 new struts/shocks fitted

Third time lucky to they say ....... we'll see!!
