burning clutch smell in garage

hi guys,

recently i notice my MCS smelling like something been burning when i pull into my garage, anyone have the same problem? I don't race my car much, and i am not too hard on the clutch when i drive.

my garage is on a slope of the driveway, I have to do a hill start when i drive in, don't know does that have anything to do with the burning smell.

also I have changed to a short shift kit, and 15% pulley, will you think my MINI dealer will not replace my clutch if it is faulty?

You may want to check your rear calipers, I've had a problem with the e-brake levers(on the calipers) hanging up. Burned out my rear brakes really fast. Just for giggles, you may want to check the wear in the front also.

or maybe make sure you're not resting you foot on the clutch pedal lightly while you're driving .
