Touch Screen Replacment for BMW SatNav Screen?

Anyone have any idea if there is a carcass screen replacment to give me the opportunity to control a Carputer and still use the existing SatNav?

I DON'T want to lose the SatNav or the existing controls of it...
I DON'T want to change my Headunit (so I don't lose TMC on the SatNav)
Ideally I want to just swap out the existing unit and be able to use an external RGB switch to use the Carputer on and display a media center type interface.

Any ideas?

You can get a 7" TOUCH SCREEN KIT which fits over the screen and allows you to have a touch screen interface. I can't post the link but the company is american and is called

I have done this.
Fit a 6.5 inch widscreen USB touchscreen overlay over the LCD.
