| Touch Screen Replacment for BMW SatNav Screen? Anyone have any idea if there is a carcass screen replacment to give me the opportunity to control a Carputer and still use the existing SatNav? I DON'T want to lose the SatNav or the existing controls of it... I DON'T want to change my Headunit (so I don't lose TMC on the SatNav) Ideally I want to just swap out the existing unit and be able to use an external RGB switch to use the Carputer on and display a media center type interface. Any ideas? Cheers, Tom... PS Failing this....has anyone got any pictures of the back of the BMW SatNav screen to save me getting it out and tinkering!? |

| I have done this. Fit a 6.5 inch widscreen USB touchscreen overlay over the LCD. I got the touchscreen from KEYTEC is a leading touch screen manufacturer since 1987.* We produce award winning add-on touch screen, integrated touchscreen monitor LCD and flat CRT, and built-in touch screen kit. |
