Can you swap all interior orange style lights for blue, similair to vw golf/polo

Yes you can, it requires a good working knowledge of SMD soldering though; to be honest if you had that you would not be asking though 'cause you'd already know how.

Basically you've got some very tiny surface mounted LED's on the circuit board, you have to strip the speedo/tacho down to its bare board and unsolder the orange LED's and resolder blue ones in there.
