OEM - SAT NAV Chrome Naviagation Ring

Hi,

I am looking at adding chrome to my interior..... I have sat nav and hence need the sat nav ring (Part Number: 51 45 7 132 401).

Does anyone know if this ring fits on top of the current one or replaces it.

If is replaces it...... are there any instructions on how to fit it. (Have checked the FAQ but it does not mention the sat nav ring).

Cheers

Perm

Anyone help me on this ?
Has anyone fitted a Chrome OEM ring to their sat nav system ? I have been told that the ring replaces the current one.

Thanks

Perm,

I looked at my car and it should pop off and be a simple replacement. You just need to buy the ring.

It does just pop out and the new one just pops back in. I know this from doing the quick and dirty method of radio removal where you have to prise the middle dash front section out a bit. The Nav ring came loose and fell off whilst doing this, so I can testify to how easy it is.

Many thanks.

Do I just need to grab the centre ring and pull ? Any clips to worry about ?
