Upgrading Sound system

hi, just would like some advice if possible..

I currently have basic tape player and 6 disk changer in boot in my mini cooper. I was looking at removing the changer and tape palyer and getting a mp3 cd player or one with hard drive.

How easy is it to remove the disk changer and tape player and install new head unit?

Also, is it easy to change the front speakers and upgrade them?

I know a lot of questions but 2 birds, 1 stone....

and could you please also reccommend some head units and speakers that will fit snugly.

Make, the JVC exad or the new head unit that has bluetooth and manages your mobile phone is amazing too!

I've got the Pioneer DEH-P70BT fitted myself. Great headunit, has Bluetooth to connect to your phone, and plays AAC/iTunes files from CD-R
