Can the driver side sun visor above the window be exchanged for a hand grip?

Can the driver side sun visor above the window be exchanged for a hand grip, like whats above the passenger window?

First of all, I never liked the side visor--it's too small to do me any good. Wish they never would have put one there. But more importantly, it is responsible for a slight but very annoying creak--it would be ok if it were anywhere else, as it's not THAT loud, but of course the noise is right next to my ear, so instead of an imperceptible creak, it's like the noise equivalent of chinese water torture. I removed the visor, and the squeak is gone--rather than put it back (and go on medication), I'd rather put a handle over the window, like on the passenger side. Eyeballing it, it looks like the overhead handle would probably fit in the visor's spot--does anyone know for sure? I'd like to order one tomorrow if it does (and if no one here knows I'll ask the parts department), as otherwise I'm stuck with two obnoxious (although very quiet) white holes in my roof.

When I took delivery the MA specifically said the visor could be replaced with a hand grip.

One of the main reasons there's a visor there is to fill the two holes where the UK grab handle goes. Our visor is where your grab handle is. You can have visors both sides or handles both sides. Makes no difference
